Job description: Lincoln of Ramsey is looking to hire for Dealership Service Valet openings at our new dealership in Ramsey, NJ ! As part of a family owned and operated luxury auto dealer in business since 1962, we are committed to providing an unmatched automotive buying and servicing experience and are proud to be a top volume dealership in the state! Our Ramsey location is brand new, meaning there are opportunities available to be a part of the dealership at the ground level! This position has full and part-time opportunities available with shifts varying based on our business hours and needs. Someone that is driven, personable, and motivated while in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment to fill our full-time Valet/Greeter role. Must have a valid driver’s license and must be 21 or older. Up to $16.00 per hr. Monday - Friday 7:45am- 5/6pm Saturday 7:45 am-4pm (rotation) Our full-time employee benefits package includes, but is not limited to: * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * Paid vacation * 401(k) Job Responsibilities * Act as an initial point of contact for clients arriving at the dealership service department * Greet clients and assist clients with vehicle drop off and entering dealership * Check in clients vehicles that arrive for servicing, cross-referencing appointment schedule via use of iPad and technology. * Taking vehicle to local car wash, clean/vacuum and wipe down vehicles up on delivery. * Move vehicles from service department entrance to the service bays or other location to await maintenance and services * Deliver completed vehicles to clients upon completion for pickup * Maintain service department parking lot and arrange cars for ease of access * Provide a high level of client service and professionalism to clients from start to finish Job Qualifications * Valid Driver’s License, 21 or older and clean driving record * Strong communication and client service skills * Able to work in a team environment * Professional demeanor and appearance * Organizational and listening skills * Positive attitude and dependable Job Type: Full-time
