"Direct Hire" Class A Delivery Driver | Local Routes & Home Daily Are you tired of the "Over-the-Road" grind? Join our team as a Local Delivery Driver and reclaim your evenings! This is a dynamic role for a Class A driver who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and staying close to home. Why You’ll Love This Role Home Every Night: No sleeper berths here. Our standard hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Local Impact: You’ll be delivering essential equipment (like pumps and trench setters) directly to local construction sites. Modern Fleet: Drive an automatic transmission truck—no gear-grinding required. Steady Income: With an average of 50 hours per week, you can count on consistent overtime (OT) to boost your paycheck. Your Typical Day Load & Go: Start your morning by loading your equipment safely onto the trailer. On the Move: Navigate local routes to deliver mission-critical tools to our construction partners. Skill Building: You’ll operate a forklift to manage inventory. No prior forklift experience? No problem—we will train you! What We’re Looking For Licensing: A valid Class A CDL (required due to trailer size). Physicality: Comfort with loading and unloading your own equipment. Background: A background in construction is a major plus, but a great attitude and reliability are what matter most. Flexibility: While we aim for a 4:00 PM finish, a "get it done" mindset for occasional OT is essential.

Responsibilities
Loading Construction Equipment onto trailer truck and driving to construction sites and or businesses.
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 8lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
