Children's Christian Center is currently looking for a Center Director.

 
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be flexible and be able to manage a multi-tasked work load.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (associate required).
• 2 years minimum experience with children required.
• Director experience preferred.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.
• Complete a health assessment & TB Test.
• Have knowledge and understanding of DHS regulations.

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility & ensure compliance with DHS regulations.
• Manage employee schedule & time off request.
• Daily communications with staff & parents.
• Conduct classroom observations & assist teachers with implementation of approved strategies.
• Recruitment & onboarding of new staff.
• Create & manage employee files to ensure compliance with DHS and Keystone STARS.
• Manage child files to ensure compliance with DHS.
• Provide classroom coverage as needed.
