No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years. Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets. No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience. Unemployment: No more than 24 months of unemployment in the last 3 years for regular accounts. Terminations: No recent safety terminations. Felonies: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years. Misdemeanors: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
