Job Title: 2nd Shift Cleaner

Pay: $20/hour

Location: Site-to-site in Eagan, MN

Job Description

We are seeking experienced cleaners with expertise in maintaining cleanliness in commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience operating various cleaning equipment and applying cleaning chemicals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
• Utilize carpet extractors and truck mount carpet cleaners.
• Operate floor buffers.
• Spot clean carpets and work with cleaning chemicals.
• Apply and reapply epoxy coating and scrape off old coatings from floors.

Essential Skills

• Experience with cleaning and flooring in commercial and industrial settings.
• Proficiency in operating industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and reapply epoxy coatings.
• Flexibility with shift times, including late 2nd shifts (4pm - 12am or 5pm-1am).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or janitorial roles.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends.

Work Environment

Work in a commercial and industrial setting using advanced cleaning technologies and equipment. Shifts are primarily late in the day, with occasional morning and weekend work. The role requires physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
