Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
salary: $21 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
- Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
- Process documents, invoices, shipping records, and other administrative paperwork.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or corrected information.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
