LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing travel company here in downtown Chicago in their search for an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on building, QA’ing, and deploying campaigns while helping maintain a high-performing, revenue-driving channel.
What You’ll Do:
Build and deploy email campaigns using templates within the CRM or email marketing platform
Format content, update links, and ensure campaigns are properly set up for launch
Support updates across existing emails as part of an ongoing brand refresh
Assist with audience list pulls and segmentation based on campaign requirements
Help ensure the right messages are delivered to the right audiences
Review campaigns for accuracy, including links, formatting, personalization, and overall user experience
Conduct pre-send QA checks to ensure error-free deployment
Assist with setting up and maintaining automated email workflows (welcome emails, reminders, etc.)
Make updates to existing journeys as needed
Coordinate campaign scheduling and support timely execution
Help manage deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
What You Have:
2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM support
At least 1+ year of experience with email or CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platform
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Basic understanding of email marketing best practices
Strong communication and willingness to learn
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing is a HUGE plus!
1+ year of experience working with templates and content management systems
This is a contract to hire position in downtown Chicago that requires 4 days in office.
