You will play a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional events, and brand activations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, promotions, and marketing activations
• Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain and organize event materials, supplies, and inventory
• Assist with administrative tasks including event timelines, documentation, and database management
• Support event registration, attendee check-in, and guest assistance during live events
• Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion and outreach efforts
• Contribute creative ideas to improve event experience and attendee engagement
