Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Diesel Apprentice Technician who’s ready to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in diesel repair and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who has basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a desire to advance into a full diesel technician position. Responsibilities * Assist senior diesel technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance * Perform basic services such as oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and lubrication * Learn to diagnose engine, electrical, and drivetrain issues * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Follow safety procedures and shop standards * Participate in ongoing training and skill development Requirements * Mechanical aptitude and interest in diesel engines * Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required) * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility * Basic tool set preferred Compensation & Growth * $20/hr flat rate, wage based on experience * Opportunities for advancement into full Diesel Technician roles * Training support and hands‑on mentorship What We Have To Offer:
