Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. - Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling inconsistencies and errors. - Maintaining vendor PR/PO records and alert the manager when funds are needed o ensure timely payments. - Administer temporary visa (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) extensions and amendments following internal procedures. - Coordinate and gather details necessary for U.S. invitation letters. Draft and distribute letters for signing.
