In-Home Sales Representative

Company: Bath Planet & Home Pro MI

Location: Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $92,000–$192,000+ annually

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bath remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll guide customers through product selections, provide pricing, and help them bring their vision to life.

This is an outside sales position with qualified leads provided, unlimited earning potential, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess their needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Design personalized bath layouts using company software.
• Present product options, explain financing solutions, and provide accurate pricing.
• Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through professionalism and outstanding service.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company sales processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related sales experience is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and digital sales tools.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Grand Rapids area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
