Position Summary The Lead Cabinet Installer is responsible for the professional installation of custom cabinets in residential and light commercial projects. This role requires strong carpentry skills, problem-solving abilities, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities * Install custom cabinets, trim, moldings, and hardware with accuracy and attention to detail * Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications * Ensure installations meet Feist Cabinets’ quality standards * Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues independently * Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times * Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and team members * Handle tools and equipment responsibly * Drive company vehicle or personal vehicle to job sites as required Qualifications * 5+ years of cabinet installation experience (custom cabinetry preferred) * Strong carpentry and finish-work skills * Ability to read and understand cabinet plans and measurements * Proficient with standard installation tools and equipment * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong customer-service and communication skills * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on-site in various conditions
