Position:

We’re looking for an Office Manager who wants to be at the center of a fast‑moving, people‑focused, and rapidly growing New York office. In this high‑impact role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our workplace shaping the daily experience for a 50+ person team, ensuring our space runs smoothly, and creating a warm, polished, and energizing environment for employees and visitors alike.

  • Lead daily office operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and fully functional workplace across all shared spaces.
  • Deliver an exceptional in office experience by welcoming visitors, supporting meetings and events, and maintaining a professional, client ready environment.
  • Manage office procedures, supplies, vendors, and building relationships, ensuring seamless operations and high service standards.
  • Coordinate facilities and space planning, including seating assignments, conference room scheduling, AV/IT setup, and support for office moves and reconfigurations.
  • Partner with IT and manage external support vendors to maintain reliable technology, assist with basic troubleshooting, and oversee equipment logistics.
  • Oversee health, safety, and security processes, including badge access, emergency preparedness, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, preparing workspaces, equipment, access, and office orientations to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist with in-office events and programs in collaboration with the People team, helping create a positive and engaging environment.
  • Maintain essential documentation, including SOPs, emergency procedures, vendor contacts, and operational playbooks.
  • Lead office related projects such as space improvements, vendor coordination, and enhancements to the overall workplace experience.
  • Provide proactive operational support, resolving issues quickly, managing confidential information responsibly, and escalating when needed.
  • Support contract workflows, including monitoring the contracts inbox, coordinating with legal teams, and sending agreements via DocuSign.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an office management or similar role
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Teams and AV systems
  • Basic IT troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Proven problem‑solving skills with Demonstrated ability to assess challenges thoughtfully and develop clear, efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operations

Base Compensation Range: $85K - $105K
