Salary: $40,000 - 67,500 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud.
• We need strong expertise in SFMC core capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• We require experience with platform integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• We value familiarity with OKTA or comparable SSO and identity management solutions.
• We need a solid understanding of email deliverability, data hygiene, and compliance standards such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• We require the ability to work independently, manage a ticket queue, and balance competing priorities.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A Marketing Cloud certification, such as Consultant or Developer, is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SFMC environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with our internal tools and workflows is preferred.
• Prior contractor or consulting experience in a fast-moving marketing technology setting is preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require the ability to work telecommute and maintain availability during standard work hours.

• We maintain and troubleshoot existing platform integrations within our client Marketing Cloud environment.
• We support the design, build, and rollout of new integrations as needed.
• We investigate and resolve integration outages, data transfer problems, and API-related issues.
• We document integration setups and updates to preserve team knowledge.
• We perform security updates and patches across the SFMC platform in line with internal security policies.
• We ensure platform configurations meet client security requirements and best practices.
• We assist with audit preparation and remediation activities when needed.
• We support OKTA identity and access management for the SFMC platform.
• We troubleshoot SSO, provisioning, and authentication issues for Marketing Cloud users.
• We partner with the internal Identity & Access Management team on escalations.
• We identify and implement opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• We review and optimize data extensions, automations, and send configurations.
• We provide recommendations that support long-term platform health.
• We actively monitor and respond to inbound SFMC support requests through the Slack support channel.
• We triage, prioritize, and resolve SFMC tickets in a timely manner.
• We communicate clearly with requestors throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• We escalate complex issues appropriately and document resolution steps.
