Directs staff and assists in the handling of incidents and emergencies. Summons police/fire agencies as needed. Follows all gaming regulations. Oversees required drops.

Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Leads subordinates to provide exceptional guest service to internal/external guests.

Approves payroll.
Coordinates and/or facilitates training.
Conducts performance evaluations.
Coaches employees for improvement.
Administers discipline as needed.
Upholds company rules, gaming regulations, and laws.
Interviews and selects personnel as needed.
Develops personnel.
Motivates staff.
Special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
