In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert — partnering closely with hiring managers and business partners to understand talent needs, design effective recruiting solutions, and deliver results. You will lead, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performing team grounded in company values. From sourcing and interviewing to building and analyzing workforce metrics, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This role will help the TA leadership team set the strategic vision and execute on priority initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
