Position Summary
CoAdvantage, an Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company, is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring execution and drive a consistent, high-quality, and technology-enabled recruiting process across the organization.
As a high-growth, private equity-backed HCM company of approximately 800 employees, CoAdvantage is continuing to scale its hiring efforts and is looking for a recruiter who can operate with both speed and discipline. This role will focus on executing full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with HR and business leaders to manage open roles, build candidate pipelines, and apply structured recruiting practices. This role will also play a key part in embedding AI-enabled tools and automation into the recruiting lifecycle to improve speed, consistency, and quality of hire. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leveraging technology, data, and AI to continuously optimize recruiting processes.
Essential Job Functions
Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution
· Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
· Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
· Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Candidate Quality & Pipeline Development
· Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
· Apply structured screening and assessment practices to improve quality of hire.
· Proactively source candidates through multiple channels
· Support hiring managers in evaluating talent effectively.
Process Consistency & Candidate Experience
· Follow and reinforce standardized recruiting processes and workflows.
· Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
· Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and cycle times.
Stakeholder Partnership
· Partner closely with HR and business leaders to support hiring needs.
· Provide regular updates on search progress and market feedback.
· Help manage expectations and drive alignment throughout the hiring process.
Technology, Automation & AI-Driven Recruiting
· Utilize ATS and recruiting technologies to manage workflows and ensure data integrity.
· Actively leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance sourcing, screening, outreach, and job description development.
· Continuously assess recruiting workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through AI and automation.
· Partner with HR leadership to pilot and scale AI-driven solutions across the recruiting lifecycle.
· Use data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness of AI tools and improve recruiting performance (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate quality).
· Stay current on emerging AI trends in talent acquisition and recommend practical applications.
Required Skills and Experience
· 3–6+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition within PEO, HCM or HR Consulting Services
· Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across varied disciplines and geographies.
· Proven ability to serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, aligning on business needs, role requirements, and success profiles while providing guidance on market insights and talent best practices.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with a diversity of ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
· Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
· Ability to evaluate and adopt new recruiting technologies with a focus on automation and AI.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment.
