Job Title: Valet / Porter Department: Parkside Detail and Accessories Supervisor: Curtis Price Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Summary: To aid all departments to insure positive customer relation areas. Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations. Essential Duties:

• Pickup and delivery of all customer and stock unit vehicles from Toyota/Lexus/PDI
• Pickup/Delivery of Customer Vehicles to Local Vendor locations
• Perform vehicle inspections of Customer Vehicles
• Utilize Calendar to communicate effectively to all departments
• Pickup/Delivery of parts
• Inner department
• Local Supply Companies
• Pickup/Delivery of customers to and from shop
• Maintain a clean shop area
• Assist with any other duties assigned by shop manager

Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, ETC: High School Graduate or GED Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Work, etc. Attention to detail, fast learning skills, multi-task individual Excellent phone skills Skills/Reasoning Ability/Performance Expectations: Employee continuously demonstrates professional and inter-personal skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers which will ultimately result in higher customer satisfaction. Social skills that provide an environment of support and achieving goals together as a team. Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere. Skills to problem solve in complex, real work, or ill-defined situations.
