A small suburban law firm located in Rochester, New York that concentrates in Tax law, corporate law, Estate Administration and Real Estate is currently seeking an applicant to fill the immediate position of Paralegal/Legal Secretary.
This position is responsible for supporting 2 attorneys by performing a variety of administrative duties including assisting with the drafting and reviewing of legal correspondence, responding to e-mails, answering phones and maintaining client data. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, detail oriented, results driven, has problem-solving skills and has the ability to be flexible and multitask in a busy and friendly work environment.
